Last updated: September 20, 2026
Goohawk NAS is a privately operated home-server platform intended for authorized users.
Access
Access is granted at the discretion of the server administrator. Successful authentication with Google does not automatically guarantee access to any service.
Account use
Users should use only their own account and must not intentionally share access credentials with unauthorized individuals. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass account permissions, access administrative interfaces without authorization, disrupt services, upload malicious content, or compromise the security or availability of the system.
Availability
Goohawk NAS is privately operated and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantee of continuous availability. Maintenance, network outages, hardware failures, or configuration changes may interrupt service.
Content and responsibility
Users must respect applicable laws and the rights of others when using the service. Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are violated or if continued access creates a security or operational risk.
Privacy
Use of Google account information and other account data is described in the Goohawk NAS Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated as services, authentication methods, or operating requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
